These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TorqueLeads LLC website at torqueleads.net and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

TorqueLeads LLC provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management, social media content creation, and lead generation consulting for businesses in the heavy-duty diesel repair and related industries. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual client agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to required accounts and platforms
• Pay invoices according to agreed-upon terms
• Comply with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising policies and applicable laws
• Not hold TorqueLeads liable for ad account suspensions resulting from client-supplied content or policy violations

Payment Terms

Management fees are billed monthly and are due upon receipt. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta by the client and is separate from TorqueLeads management fees. TorqueLeads does not guarantee specific lead volumes or revenue outcomes, as results depend on market conditions, ad spend, and other factors outside our control.

No Guarantee of Results

While TorqueLeads uses industry best practices and has extensive experience in diesel industry marketing, we cannot guarantee specific results including number of leads, revenue generated, or return on ad spend. Past performance on campaigns does not guarantee future results.

Intellectual Property

All content, copy, creative assets, and strategies developed by TorqueLeads remain the intellectual property of TorqueLeads LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. TorqueLeads will not share client data, campaign performance, or business details with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination are due and payable. TorqueLeads reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

TorqueLeads LLC's total liability arising from any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
